What should one do if he is unable to marry?

The second question of Fatwa No. ( 7034 )
Q2: I am in my adolescence, and I am 19 years old. I am troubled by certain sexual matters, and I truly live in anxiety and neglect my lessons; because I am constantly thinking about sex and other things. Satan, may Allah curse him, tempts me to commit the crime of zina (unlawful sexual intercourse) — may Allah protect us and you from it — knowing that I am unable to marry because I am in the second year of secondary school. I am always patient today and the next day, but I cannot hold out on the third day. I ask you to help me with this by telling me what to do in this matter, knowing that in my opinion the solution is marriage, but I am unable to do so. In my current state, I am thin in body due to what this matter has done to me. On some days, when I pray, I do not know what I prayed or how much I prayed, because I am thinking about this matter. I ask, and I repeat, help me with this.
A2: If your situation is as you described, then increase voluntary fasting as much as you are able, for this helps to control yourself and restrain
the runaway of your desire, and to attain chastity. It is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:Mishkat al-Masabih 3080 narrated by al-Bukhari and Muslim, and if it is feasible for you to borrow money and marry, with the ability in the future to repay the debt, then do so; to protect your private parts from sin, and ask Allah to help you with that. We advise you to stay away from things that arouse desire, so lower your gaze, and avoid mixing with girls and sitting with them and talking to them as much as possible, and ask Allah the Exalted to make you chaste, and to protect you from the harm of desires and the slips of trials. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his companions.

Young man, those of you who can support a wife should marry, for it keeps you from looking at strange women and preserves you from immorality; but those who cannot should devote themselves to fasting, for it is a means of suppressing sexual desire.
يا معشر الشباب من استطاع منكم الباءة فليتزوج، فإنه أغض للبصر وأحصن للفرج، ومن لم يستطع فعليه بالصوم فإنه له وجاء
