It is difficult for him to marry and fast, so what should he do?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The eighth question of Fatwa No. ( 6902 )
Q 8: There is a young man of Islamic character who is unable to marry and unable to fast, so what should he do?
A 8: If the situation is as described, there is no blame on him for delaying marriage until he is able to do so; for Allah the Exalted said:
Allah does not charge a soul except [with that within] its capacityلاَ يُكَلِّفُ اللَّهُ نَفْسًا إِلا وُسْعَهَا
[Al-Baqarah 2:286]
, and he should fear Allah and refrain from its prohibitions; for He the Exalted said:
But let them who find not [the means for] marriage abstain [from sexual relations] until Allah enriches them from His bounty.وَلْيَسْتَعْفِفِ الَّذِينَ لاَ يَجِدُونَ نِكَاحًا حَتَّى يُغْنِيَهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ
[An-Nur 24:33]

And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
