His father prevents him from veiling his wife from his brother

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 3766 )
Q3: My father married me, and after the marriage I saw that my father was not pleased with my veiling my wife from my brother, and that this action of mine is considered neglecting or diminishing brotherhood and a lack of trust in my brother. So I adopted a method that does not anger my father, which is that she covers herself except for her face, taking the view of the permissibility of a woman uncovering her face, and that it is not 'awrah (the part of the body that must be covered) according to some scholars. Also, my uncle has some colleagues who are like brothers to him and like fathers to my wife, although they are not related to him by any kinship. So I adopted the same method with these people to avoid my uncle's displeasure. I ask for your guidance in what you see as good and beneficial, and for your advice to my father.
Vol. 3: It is not permissible for you to be lenient in this matter, and it is obligatory for you to order her to cover her face from her brothers, and from everyone who is not a mahram to her,
from your uncle’s colleagues or others; because there is no obedience to a created being in disobedience to the Creator, and because of his saying (peace and blessings be upon him):
Obedience is only in what is right.إنما الطاعة بالمعروف
, and Allah the Exalted said:
And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way outوَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا
[At-Talaq 65:2]
, and He the Exalted said:
And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him of his matter ease.وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ يُسْرًا
[At-Talaq 65:4]
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
