Fasting of a woman while her husband is present

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The third question of Fatwa No. ( 19541 )
Q3: I am a religious woman, and I fast Ramadan, six days of Shawwal, the white days, and Mondays and Thursdays. I have a husband, and when I fast the white days, Thursdays, and Mondays, I ask my husband: “Should I fast or not?” At first, he answers me with yes, but when I have been fasting for some time, he gets upset and angry and says, “Every day is fasting, fasting.” Is it permissible for me to fast or not?
A3: It is not permissible for you to fast voluntarily while your husband is present, except with his permission, for the sake of his right over you. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
