Q3: Does the soldier enter Paradise because he kills a soul when a dispute arises in defense of his homeland?
Vol. 3: Yes, if he died upon Islam and the major sins committed by the Muslim, other than shirk (associating partners with Allah),
were not repented for before his death, then he is under the will of Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) according to the people of the Sunnah and the community ; acting upon the saying of Allah (Mighty and Majestic):[An-Nisa 4:48] . And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
