Fatwa No. ( 10774 ):
Q: There is a shaykh in Pakistan who appears to be righteous, and Allah knows best. He claims that he knows the righteous jinn and speaks to them through one of
the people who suffered from epilepsy and were treated. They help in expelling the jinn from the epileptic, and he says that he owns a prison to punish the sinful jinn, naturally through the righteous jinn. They do not help him in tangible worldly affairs for the human being. He said that he has a license to teach Arabs, so whoever wants to learn is given the following dhikr: (I believe in Allah the Great and I disbelieve in the false gods and the taghut, and I hold fast to the firm rope which has no break, and Allah is All-Hearing, All-Knowing). This is done seven times after every prayer before moving from his place. It is said that when sleeping, he blows with his hand (the Ibrahimiyyah prayer + Surat al-Kafirun + Surat al-Ikhlas + Surat al-Falaq + Surat al-Nas + the first five verses of Surat al-Baqarah + the Ibrahimiyyah prayer) three times, and wipes his body, and this is for 41 days. If he makes a mistake, he starts over from the beginning. Then after he finishes, he returns to the shaykh, who requests a group of jinn consisting of 10 women and 10 men to remain in his company. This group is requested from Makkah al-Mukarramah , and naturally this group is not seen by him nor is their voice heard, but they obey his command and do not obey him in worldly human affairs such as bringing something or lifting it or the like, they only guard him from the jinn. If he encounters a patient with epilepsy - from the jinn - they seize the jinni that possesses him. He also says that if one of the prisoners with him becomes a Muslim, he sends him with a group of jinn to Makkah al-Mukarramah , so if he is truthful he enters Makkah , and if he is a liar he does not enter it, because
there are angels standing at the gates of Makkah preventing the jinn who are disbelievers from entering. So what is your opinion, may your honor be exalted, about this in detail? And what is the opinion of the religion regarding marriage to a jinni woman? And is the verse:[An-Nisa 4:3] specific to human women? Because Allah named the men of the jinn as men, so they are included in the meaning. So does the word "women" also apply to both the jinn and humans? And may Allah reward you with good.
A: After the Committee studied the question, it answered: That this man you mentioned is considered one of the fortune-tellers and diviners whom the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade people from visiting, asking, and believing. Even if he displays righteousness and worship, it is obligatory to advise him, warn him of his work, order him to repent to Allah from it, and warn people from coming to him, asking him, and believing him, in accordance with the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Sahih Muslim 2230 narrated by Muslim in his Sahih, and his saying (peace and blessings be upon him): Sunan al-Bayhaqi 15:740 (peace and blessings be upon him) narrated by the four and al-Hakim, who said: authentic according to their conditions, and his saying (peace and blessings be upon him) in the hadith of 'Umaran : (peace and blessings be upon him) narrated by al-Bazzar with a good chain. And success is from Allah. And may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.

من أتى عرافًا فسأله عن شيء لم تقبل له صلاة أربعين ليلةWhoever goes to a diviner or a fortune-teller and believes what he says has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad

And whoever goes to a fortune-teller and believes what he says has disbelieved in what was revealed to Muhammad.
ليس منا من تطير أو تطير له، أو تكهن أو تكهن له، أو سحر أو سحر له، ومن أتى كاهنًا فصدقه بما يقول فقد كفر بما أنزل على محمد
