The ruling on shaving the head of a newborn boy

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is the recommended practice regarding a newborn? We hear of recommended practices, but we do not know their authenticity. For example: Shaving his head?
Shaving the head of the boy on the seventh day is a recommended practice (sunnah). A hadith was reported from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): (He is shaved and charity is given in the weight of his hair in silver) meaning: silver, but on the condition that there is a skilled barber who does not injure the head and does not cause harm to the child. If no such person is found, I think it is better not to shave, but to give charity in the amount of silver equal to the weight of his hair.
