What is the meaning of the saying of Allah the Exalted: "Then there is no blame on him if he circumambulates them"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Allah the Exalted said:
Indeed, as-Safa and al-Marwah are among the symbols of Allah. So whoever makes Hajj to the House or performs 'umrah - there is no blame upon him for walking between them
[Al-Baqarah 2:158]
What is the meaning of "Then there is no blame on him if he circumambulates them" in this noble verse?
This verse was found difficult by Urwah, previously mentioned, the son of al-Zubayr, the son of the sister of Lady Aisha. One day he said to Lady Aisha, "I do not see that a man who performs Hajj and does not circumambulate the House or walk between al-Safa and al-Marwah has a valid Hajj." She said to him, "Why is that?" He recited this verse. She compared it to him
there is no blame upon him for walking between them
[Al-Baqarah 2:158]
. He understood it as any person would understand it: first, he did not have the Arabic style, and second, he did not know the occasion for which this verse was revealed
there is no blame upon him for walking between them
[Al-Baqarah 2:158]
. That is, it is not obligatory for him to circumambulate, so the implication is that it is also not obligatory for him not to circumambulate... Lady Aisha said to him, "If the matter were as you say, the verse would be
Then there is no blame on him if he does not circumambulate them.
, whereas the verse says
there is no blame upon him for walking between them
[Al-Baqarah 2:158]
, not
That he does not circumambulate.
. Also, with this amount of understanding, the intended meaning is not grasped. But Lady Aisha explained the issue with a clear explanation, stating that the gist is that this verse was revealed after the Companions believed and embraced Islam and came to know Islam, so they distanced themselves from their previous pre-Islamic age of ignorance; they were before Islam...
