Is it permissible for one who has performed the 'Umrah of tamattu' to perform the sa'y of Hajj on the eighth day before going to Mina? And what is the ruling on one who does so?

Al-Halabi: And likewise the hadith Mishkat al-Masabih 578 ?
The Shaykh : This is known to us to be weak ever since we became familiar with its chain of narration. Perhaps it is fitting, on this occasion, to remind you that the full text of this hadith is We reject the text of this hadith, in addition to its being weakened due to its chain of narration, for this reason: because a believer, no matter how bad his deeds and actions may be, and no matter how far he is from the mindfulness of Allah (Blessed and Exalted is He), is as he (peace and blessings be upon him) said in a hadith in al-Bazzar: Sahih al-Bukhari 5401 Therefore, it is not correct to group him, or to say that the one who abandons prayer, if he is a believer in Allah and His Messenger, will be gathered with Qarun, Pharaoh, and Haman, who claimed lordship and divinity. Every student of knowledge must know that it is established in the two Sahihs in the hadith of intercession: What is the description of those in whose behalf the righteous believers, who were the first to enter Paradise, interceded? They used to pray, fast, and perform Hajj, but they committed some sins and transgressions, so they entered the Fire because of them. Then the intercession of the interceders came and brought them out. So they say: "Our Lord, we have brought out those whom You commanded." So the Lord (Blessed and Exalted is He) says: "Bring out of the Fire whoever has in his heart the weight of a dinar of faith." So they return and bring out whoever has in his heart the weight of a dinar of faith, and they bring out a great number of people. Do you see? Are these among the praying people? They are not among the praying people, because the praying people were brought out in the first group. Then, after they bring out a great number of people, they say: "Our Lord, we have brought out those whom You commanded." So He says: "Bring out of the Fire whoever has in his heart the weight of half a dinar of faith." So they bring out a great number of people. And so on, until the end of the hadith, where it says: فيقول الرّب تبارك وتعالى شفعت الملائكة و شفعت الأنبياء و شفع المؤمنون و لم يبق إلاّ شفاعة أرحم الرّاحمين فيأمر بإخراج من لم يعمل خيرا قطّ , من لم يعمل خيرا قطّ So the Lord (Blessed and Exalted is He) says: "The angels have interceded, and the prophets have interceded, and the believers have interceded, and nothing remains except the intercession of the Most Merciful of the merciful." So He commands the bringing out of whoever has never done any good, whoever has never done any good. meaning he did not pray, he did not give zakah, and only the weight of an atom of faith was in his heart. This hadith is in the two Sahihs, and it is an explicit text that there are two things with us: first, it is not permissible to equate a Muslim who abandons prayer with Qarun, Haman, and Pharaoh; and second, it is not permissible to declare a disbeliever the one who abandons prayer if he believes in it and does not deny its legality, but rather abandoned it out of laziness. This is an explicit text that should resolve the disagreement that has taken root today among many people, especially since the majority of scholars do not consider the one who abandons prayer out of laziness to be a disbeliever. And praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
If anyone keeps to it, it will be light, evidence and salvation for him on the day of resurrection
The Shaykh : This is known to us to be weak ever since we became familiar with its chain of narration. Perhaps it is fitting, on this occasion, to remind you that the full text of this hadith is
That whoever does not guard it will be grouped with Pharaoh, Haman, and Qarun
Narrated 'Urban bin Malik: who attended the Badr battle and was from the Ansar, that he came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Allah's Apostle! I have lost my eyesight and I lead my people in the prayer (as an Imam). When it rains, the valley which is between me and my people, flows with water, and then I cannot go to their mosque to lead them in the prayer. O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I wish that you could come and pray in my house so that I may take it as a praying place. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah willing, I will do that." The next morning, soon after the sun had risen, Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came with Abu Bakr. The Prophet (ﷺ) asked for the permission to enter and I admitted him. The Prophet (ﷺ) had not sat till he had entered the house and said to me, "Where do you like me to pray in your house?" I pointed at a place in my house whereupon he stood and said, "Allahu Akbar." We lined behind him and he prayed two rak`at and finished it with Taslim. We then requested him to stay for a special meal of Khazira which we had prepared. A large number of men from the adjoining area gathered in the house. One of them said, "Where is Malik bin Ad-Dukhshun?" Another man said, "He is a hypocrite and does not love Allah and His Apostle." The Prophet said, "Do not say so. Do you not think that he has said: "None has the right to be worshipped but Allah," seeking Allah's pleasure? The man said, "Allah and His Apostle know better, but we have always seen him mixing with hypocrites and giving them advice." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah has forbidden the (Hell) Fire for those who testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, seeking Allah's pleasure. "
That the believers who enter Paradise say: "Our Lord, we have with us in Paradise brothers of ours who used to pray with us, fast with us, and perform Hajj with us." So the Lord (Blessed and Exalted is He) says: "Look, and whoever you find among them, bring him out of the Fire." So they bring out a great number of people.
