Explaining the meaning of the saying of Allah the Exalted: "And let those of understanding remember."

The Shaykh : Then He said: "Let them remember" means let them take a lesson. The sensible person takes a lesson from what he knows of the meanings of the verses of this Noble Qur'an. The foolish person is the one who does not take a lesson. Test yourself, my brother: when you read the Qur'an, do you remember, or does your heart remain hard? If you are of the first type, you are among those of understanding. If you are of the second type, know that you are not among those of understanding, meaning you are not among those of intellect. We ask Allah to make us all among those of understanding who take a lesson from the Book of Allah (Mighty and Majestic).
