I request an explanation of this verse (Only those of His servants who have knowledge fear Allah)
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : I request, O honorable Shaykh, that you explain to me this noble verse: [Fatir 35:28]
The Shaykh : The fear of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) is the fear of Him along with His glorification and magnification. This fear does not exist except in one who has knowledge of Allah. The more knowledgeable a person is of Allah, the greater his fear of Allah. And the stronger the knowledge of Allah, His names, and His attributes, the stronger the fear of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) in the heart of the servant. So the meaning of the saying of the Exalted:[Fatir 35:28] is that none fear Allah with true fear except those who have knowledge of Allah, His names, His attributes, His actions, His rulings, and His Shari'ah. These are the people who fear Allah (Mighty and Majestic) the most. And the weaker a person's knowledge of his Lord, the weaker his fear of Him.
The questioner : May Allah bless you.
Only those fear Allah, from among His servants, who have knowledge.
