What is the ruling on the first adhan on Friday?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you with good. It seems this questioner is from outside the kingdom, saying: We differ among ourselves regarding the ruling on the first adhan on Friday. We ask for clarification.

The Shaykh : The first adhan on Friday is a recommended practice (sunnah) established by the Commander of the Faithful, 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him). 'Umar is one of the Rightly Guided Caliphs whom the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded us to follow. Furthermore, the Companions approved of 'Umar’s action in this matter and did not disapprove of it. Therefore, this is part of the recommended practice (sunnah) of 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) accepted. For this reason, when 'Umar completed the rites in Mina during Hajj, they disapproved of him. The silence of the Companions regarding disapproval of 'Umar’s first Friday adhan indicates that they accepted it. Thus, it has remained in effect, and praise be to Allah, until this day. Yes.
