In the verse: “Those are the sincere believers and the witnesses with their Lord,” are the sincere believers the same as the witnesses?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah forgive you... In the hadith:
those are [in the ranks of] the supporters of truth and the martyrs, with their Lord أولئك هم الصديقون والشهداء عند ربهم
[Al-Hadid 57:19]
regarding the believers, it mentions their faith and states that they are the sincere believers and the witnesses... The meaning of the verse

The Shaykh : No, no, it is not the meaning of the verse; it is clear. The sincere believers are everyone who believes with sincere faith, and is truthful with Allah in his speech, his actions, and his belief; he is a sincere believer. The evidence for this is the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):
Hold fast to truthfulness, for truthfulness leads to righteousness, and righteousness leads to Paradise. A man will continue to be truthful and seek truthfulness until he is recorded by Allah as a sincere believer. عليكم بالصدق ، فإن الصدق يهدي إلى البر وإن البر يهدي إلى الجنة ، ولا يزال الرجل يصدق ويتحر الصدق حتى يكتب عند الله صديقاً
But who attains this? Who is truthful in his speech, his actions, his state, and his heart?
