The Shaykh : If this speech is unjustified, while she is fulfilling her obligations and not being rude to him, then it is forbidden for him and constitutes an encroachment upon her. He must repent to Allah (Glorified and Exalted is He) and seek her forgiveness for his encroachment upon her. However, if he speaks about her because of a shortcoming in her conduct, hoping that she will make up for that shortcoming, then there is no blame on him.
