The benefits of the saying of Allah the Exalted: ((Say, "It is only Allah I worship, and I devote my religion to Him exclusively. So worship what you will other than Him. Say, 'Indeed, the losers are those who have lost themselves and their families on the Day of Resurrection. Unquestionably, that is the clear loss.'"))

Then He, the Exalted, said: [Az-Zumar 39:14-15]
It is derived from these two verses that a person should declare the truth upon which he is, and not care who opposes him, based on His saying:[Az-Zumar 39:14-15] meaning, I do not care about you; I will worship Allah and proceed on the sound path, and you proceed on whatever you wish.
And among the benefits of the verse, or rather the two verses, is that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is among the most people in complying with the command of Allah, because he said previously:[Az-Zumar 39:11] then he said here: [Az-Zumar 39:14].
And among the benefits of the two verses is that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is in need of the deed that saves him from the punishment of Allah, based on his saying:[Az-Zumar 39:14] with the yaa of addition, and he is so. And when he informed his companions that no one would enter Paradise by his deed, they said: "Not even you, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: Mishkat al-Masabih 1305.
And among the benefits of the two verses is the prohibition of worshipping other than Allah, which is taken from His saying:[Az-Zumar 39:15] because we mentioned that the command here is for threat, and there is no threat except for something contrary and disobedient.
And among the benefits of the noble verse is His saying, the Exalted:[Az-Zumar 39:15] to the end, which clarifies that the severe loss that is not accompanied by profit is the loss of these people.
[Az-Zumar 39:15] And in it is the indication in this verse that shirk (associating partners with Allah) is the cause of this loss, because it followed His saying: [Az-Zumar 39:15]
And among its benefits is that the people of shirk on the Day of Resurrection will not be gathered with their families, based on His saying:[Az-Zumar 39:15].
(14) Say, "Allah [alone] do I worship, sincere to Him in my religion, (15) So worship what you will besides Him."
قُلِ اللهَ أعبَدُ مخلِصًا له دِينِي فاعْبُدُوا ما شِئْتُم مِن دونِهIt is derived from these two verses that a person should declare the truth upon which he is, and not care who opposes him, based on His saying:
