In some narrations, 'Amir is Salim's maternal uncle, and in others, his brother. How is this reconciled?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : In the aforementioned narration, Salim mentions that 'Amir is his father, while in other narrations, he is his maternal uncle. Is this a brotherhood of blood or a brotherhood in Islam?

The Shaykh : It appears that he is his maternal uncle and his brother by blood. This is what appears to me, and Allah knows best.
The reader: In it, al-Nawawi said: "And it has been mentioned previously in the hadith of Abu al-Tahir from Ibn Wahb that he said, 'My brother.' Perhaps he was his brother through breastfeeding, and he was his maternal uncle by blood."

The Shaykh : It appears that he is his maternal uncle because he is older than him, but if he was his brother through breastfeeding, that is clearer than being his brother in Islam.
