The Shaykh : In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
The author (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "The chapter on the prohibition of violating the inviolable rights of Muslims, explaining their rights, and being gentle with them" A Muslim has a right over his Muslim brother; indeed, he has multiple rights, which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) mentioned in many places. Among them: if he meets him, let him greet him by offering the salam, saying: "Peace be upon you," or "Peace be upon you all"Sahih Muslim 2560a But you may boycott him for three days if you see benefit in it, and you may boycott him for longer if you see him persisting in a sin without repenting from it, and you see that boycotting him will lead him to repentance. For this reason, the correct opinion regarding boycotting is that it is permitted within three days, and anything beyond that is to be considered for its benefit: if there is good in it, let him do it, otherwise not. Even if he commits a sin openly, if there is no benefit in boycotting him, do not boycott him. Then the author cited several verses, among which is the saying of Allah the Exalted: [Al-Hajj 22:30] "Whoever honors His inviolable rights," meaning what He has made honorable, whether places, times, or persons. So the one who honors the inviolable rights of Allah, it is better for him with his Lord, even if he dislikes this or finds it difficult to honor this place, such as the two sacred sanctuaries, for example, or the mosques, or the time, such as the sacred months: Dhu al-Qa'dah, Dhu al-Hijjah, Muharram, Rajab, and the like. Let him bear it upon himself and force himself to honor it. Among this is honoring his Muslim brothers and giving them their due status, for a Muslim is not permitted to belittle his Muslim brother, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Sahih Muslim 2564a This "ba" is extra, and the meaning is: it is sufficient for a person as evil that he belittles his Muslim brother in his heart, or that he transgresses beyond that with his tongue or his hand against his Muslim brother, for that is sufficient for him as sin, and refuge is sought in Allah. Also, honoring what Allah the Mighty and Majestic has prohibited in the treaties that exist between Muslims and disbelievers, for it is not permissible for anyone to break a treaty between him and another disbeliever. But those with whom treaties are made are divided into three categories: a group that fulfilled their treaty, so their treaty is fulfilled; another group that betrayed and broke the treaty, so their treaty is broken, as the Quraysh did with the peace that was made between them and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) at al-Hudaybiyyah, where they established a truce of ten years between them, but the Quraysh broke the treaty, so their treaty is broken and there is no treaty between us and them; and the third group: they did not break the treaty, but we fear that they will break the treaty, so we inform them that there is no treaty between us and them, as Allah the Exalted said: [Al-Anfal 8:58] As for the first group who broke the treaty, Allah said about them: [At-Tawbah 9:13] And as for the second: the upright, He said: [At-Tawbah 9:7] These are among the inviolable rights of Allah the Mighty and Majestic, so everything that Allah has made honorable, whether time, place, or specific persons, it is obligatory upon the Muslim, upon the Muslim, to honor it. For this reason, He said: [Al-Hajj 22:30] And He said: [Al-Hajj 22:32] The rituals are the apparent acts of worship, whether large or small, such as circumambulating the House, walking between al-Safa and al-Marwah, the adhan and the iqamah, and other rituals of Islam. If a person honors them, that is a sign of his piety, for piety is what leads the servant to honor the rituals. And the discussion of the remaining verses will come, if Allah wills.
The reader: Praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions.

It is not permissible for a Muslim to have estranged relations with his brother beyond three nights, the one turning one way and the other turning the other way when they meet; the better of the two is one who is the first to give a greeting.
ولا يحل له أن يهجر أخاه فوق ثلاث يلتقيان فيعرض هذا ويعرض هذا وخيرهما الذي يبدأ بالسلامand whoever honors the sacred ordinances of Allah - it is best for him in the sight of his Lord
وَمَنْ يُعَظِّمْ حُرُمَاتِ اللَّهِ فَهُوَ خَيْرٌ لَهُ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِIt is a serious evil for a Muslim that he should look down upon his brother Muslim
بحسب امرئ من الشر أن يحقر أخاه المسلمIt is sufficient
