The people of Paradise will look down upon the people of the Chambers from above, just as you look at the bright, low-hanging star in the horizon from the east or the west, due to the difference in rank between them.

The Shaykh : These hadiths are numerous in explaining the details of the blessings for the people of Paradise in it:
Among them is: And that, Allah knows best, is due to its vastness and the beauty and privacy of its chambers.
And among them is: that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him):Jami` at-Tirmidhi 3246Sahih (Darussalam): and he mentioned the hadith, meaning that they are in eternal bliss, fearing neither death nor illness nor the interruption of the bliss they are in, as He, the Exalted, said: [Al-Waqi'ah 56:32-33], : meaning in the measure of that, otherwise there is no prayer, no Friday prayer, or anything else in Paradise, and the meaning is a wind resembling the north wind in its coolness and pleasantness.
All of this mentioned in these hadiths instills in a person the desire for righteous deeds by which one reaches this abode. May Allah make us and you among its people.
And the best and most pleasant of what is in it is that they look upon Allah (Mighty and Majestic) with a true gaze, as Allah, the Exalted, said:[Al-Qiyamah 75:22-23], and He, the Exalted, said: [Al-Mutaffifin 83:23], and He, the Exalted, said: [Yunus 10:26]: and the increase is the looking upon the Face of Allah, the Exalted. I ask Allah, the Great, Lord of the Great Throne, to make us and you among its people.
The inhabitants of paradise will look at those in the upper apartments above them as you look at a shining planet which remains in the east or west horizon[*], on account of the superiority some have over others." God's messenger was asked whether those were the dwellings of the prophets which no one else would reach and replied, "Yes, they will. By Him in whose hand my soul is, men who believed in God and acknowledged the truth of the messengers will reach them."
And from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
