The Advice to Reconcile the Parents

Question:
The questioner: Your Eminence! He concludes his questions in this session by saying: There is often conflict, quarreling, and fighting between my mother and my father. I have advised them about this many times. How do you direct me regarding this matter, which causes me much pain? May Allah reward you with good.

Answer:
We advise you to continue giving advice, and you are to be thanked and rewarded. We advise you to continue advising both of your parents, with kind words, a good manner, and gentleness. The mother should be advised to listen to and obey her husband, to treat him with kindness, and to bear some harm. The father should be advised to use kind words, a good manner, not to wrong her, and not to transgress against her. May Allah guide them all. We ask Allah to guide them all.
The point is: We advise you to continue with kind words and a good manner, and likewise your brothers and sisters. You should all seek Allah's help in advising your parents. Yes.
