Ruling on fasting the last day of Sha'ban for one who has a habit of fasting?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
My wife fasts on Thursdays and Mondays, and she asks whether it is permissible for me to fast before the month begins?

Answer:
She should fast; because this is her habit, so the one who has a habit fasts it, but the one who does not have a habit does not fast, he does not fast the thirtieth day or the twenty-ninth, he does not fast after the middle of Sha'ban, but the one who has a habit has no objection, like the one who fasts one day and breaks the fast the next, or fasts on Mondays and Thursdays, so he may fast, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
except a person who is in the habit of observing a particular fast; he may fast on that day.إلا رجل كان يصوم صومًا فليصُمْه
Sahih Muslim 1082a
.
Q: Does that include the day of doubt?
A: The whole of it is the day of doubt.
