A: He owes nothing if he was forgetful or ignorant. But if he was knowledgeable and understood, and he was negligent and did not perform it...

A: The forgetful person owes nothing. But when he remembers, he should take off his clothes, put on the ihram cloth, and shave or shorten his hair, then put his clothes back on.
