Tayammum for prayer out of fear of the cold

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says: Usually, when it is cold, I perform wudu for the Zuhr and 'Asr prayers, but for the other obligatory prayers, I perform tayammum out of fear of the cold. Is there any sin on me for doing this, or not?

Answer:
This is not permissible. It is obligatory for you to pray with wudu, and you should not perform tayammum because of the cold. You must heat the water, warm the water, and perform wudu with water so that you can pray. It is not permissible for you to perform tayammum when water is available and you have the ability to heat it. We ask Allah for safety.
