If a sick person finds it difficult to purify himself with water, he performs dry ablution

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
He says, “O honorable Shaykh, I am disabled and find it difficult to go back and forth to the restrooms. Is it permissible for me to perform dry ablution?”

Answer:
Answer: If there is severe difficulty, he performs dry ablution. A sick person is allowed to perform dry ablution. (And if you are sick, or on a journey, or one of you comes from the toilet, or you have touched women, and you find no water, then perform dry ablution with clean earth). So if it is difficult for a sick person to purify himself with water, he performs dry ablution. And praise be to Allah.
