Explaining the virtue of charity for orphans and their guardianship

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Q214: The questioner asks: What is the virtue of taking care of orphans, and the virtue of giving charity to them?
A214: Taking care of orphans is a great deed. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
I and the guardian of an orphan are like these two, and he pointed with his index and middle fingersأنا وكافل اليتيم كهاتين وأشار بأصبعه السبابة والوسطى
. So, in taking care of orphans who have no wealth and no one to provide for their expenses, there is much good and great virtue.
