Q: Is it permissible for me to appoint someone to perform the tawaf of departure and the farewell tawaf on my behalf if I am unable to return to the Noble Makkah due to my advanced age and poor health?
A : It is not permissible to delegate the tawaf of ifadhah or the farewell tawaf to another. The one who is unable to perform it should be carried around for the tawaf. Therefore, you must come to Makkah as mentioned in the fatwa. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
