Q2: A man divorced his wife, and he has children and daughters from her. This wife preferred to remain with her children in her house. Is it permissible for him to remain with her while she is in the house with her children? Knowing that he is an old man and in need
of someone to take care of his affairs, such as food, cleaning clothes, and other things.
A2: It is not permissible for a man who has divorced his wife with a final divorce, whether a major final divorce or a minor final divorce, by her exiting the waiting period of a revocable divorce, to be alone with his ex-wife; because she is a stranger to him. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
