Moving the woman in mourning to her son's house to avert harm

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Fatwa number ( 19568 )
Q: I am a young man, and my father (may Allah have mercy on him) has passed away, and my mother is in her waiting period of mourning for him. She lives in a house far from me, where my work is in the city of Riyadh, and she lives in a village in the south. The house is not safe, and there is no one to support her—other than a minor brother of mine, who is a mahram to her—besides the fact that she is a blind woman and advanced in age. Please advise me on what you find to be a way out for me to move my mother to me in the city of Riyadh so that I can provide for her needs and ensure her safety.
A: If the situation is as described, there is no harm in moving her to your house in Riyadh to avert harm. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
