What is the meaning of the saying of Allah the Exalted: "Abiding therein as long as the heavens and the earth remain," and is the abiding temporary?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Shaykh.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : May Allah reward you. I am confused about the explanation of the exception in the saying of Allah the Exalted... We agree that Paradise is eternal:
And as for those who were [destined to be] prosperous, they will be in Paradise, abiding therein as long as the heavens and the earth endure, except what your Lord should will - a bestowal uninterrupted.
[Hud 11:108]
.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : The explanation of the exception?

The Shaykh : There is no problem.

The questioner : The problem is
what your Lord should will ما شاء ربك
[Hud 11:107]
.

The Shaykh : Yes. When He said:
As long as the heavens and the earth remain
, the understanding person understands that they are abiding therein only for the duration of the heavens and the earth. And after that, they perish or they are taken out of it, so He said:
a bestowal uninterrupted.
[Hud 11:108]
So His saying:
except what your Lord should will إلا ما شاء ربك
[Hud 11:107]
means: from time. And this explanation has no problem at all and nothing is said against it. But what remains for us regarding the people of the Fire is that He said:
abiding therein forever خالدين فيها
except what Allah wills
except what your Lord should will. Indeed, your Lord is an effecter of what He intends.
[Hud 11:107]
. There is also no problem in this, because Paradise is a favor, so He said in it:
a bestowal uninterrupted.
[Hud 11:108]
and the Fire is justice, so He said:
Indeed, your Lord is an effecter of what He intends.
[Hud 11:107]
meaning: as if He is saying there is no objection, because Allah does what He wills. Yes.
