We say, no. But because the people of Paradise are immersed in the bounty of Allah, Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, clarified that their provision is not cut off.
As for the people of the Fire, because they are immersed in the justice of Allah, He said[Hud 11:107], and there is no turning back from His judgment. And He intended for the people of the Fire to be among the people of the Fire, so He does what He wills. This is the difference between the people of the Fire and the people of Paradise: the provision of the people of Paradise is a provision that is not cut off, whereas the people of the Fire are immersed in the justice of Allah, and Allah, Glorified and Exalted is He, is the Doer of what He wills. This is what has been facilitated regarding what pertains to faith in the Last Day. And, if Allah wills, faith in the divine decree, its good and its evil, will follow.
(106) As for those who were [destined to be] wretched, they will be in the Fire. For them therein is [violent] exhaling and inhaling. (107) [They will be] abiding therein as long as the heavens and the earth endure, except what your Lord should will. Indeed, your Lord is an effecter of what He intends. (108) And as for those who were [destined to be] prosperous, they will be in Paradise, abiding therein as long as the heavens and the earth endure, except what your Lord should will - a bestowal uninterrupted.
فأما الذين شقوا ففي النار لهم فيها زفير وشهيق خالدين فيها ما دامت السماوات والأرض إلا ما شاء ربك إن ربك فعال لما يريد وأما الذين سعدوا ففي الجنة خالدين فيها ما دامت السماوات والأرض إلا ما شاء ربك عطاء غير مجذوذa bestowal uninterrupted.
