Are deeds multiplied in the Prophet's city?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
Is the multiplication of good deeds a specific feature of Makkah?

Answer:
Madinah has its share; because it is the second country after the Haram, after Makkah, deeds are multiplied in it. However, prayer in the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) mosque is better than a thousand prayers. As for the other multiplications, no one knows them except Allah. What the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not specify, no one knows except Allah. Like the multiplication of good deeds in Makkah, we do not know the number except what relates to prayer in the Sacred Mosque, for the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Better than a hundred thousand of any otherخير من مائة ألف مما سواه
But the reward of fasting and the reward of charity are multiplied, but we do not know the quantity. There is no specification of the quantity in the authentic Sunnah except what relates to prayer.
