Answer:
We advise her to respond to you. She must observe hijab from men, she must not shake hands with non-mahram men, and she should fear Allah, for this is one of the causes of fitnah (trial, discord or temptation). And Allah (Exalted and Majestic is He) says: [Al-Ahzab: 53], the verse from Surat al-Ahzab.
And He the Exalted says: [Al-Nur: 31] to the end of it. The face, hair, hand, and foot are all part of the adornment. And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Sunan Ibn Majah 2874Sahih (Darussalam) And Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: (peace and blessings be upon him). And when a woman extended her hand to him on the day of the pledge of allegiance, he said: Sunan Ibn Majah 2874Sahih (Darussalam) (peace and blessings be upon him).

وَلا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَائِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَائِهِنَّ أَوْ أَبْنَاءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّBut I do not shake hands with women.
