Q1: Some of the fasting brothers break their fast at sunset without waiting for the Maghrib adhan ?
A1: The goal that permits breaking the fast is the actual setting of the sun; for Allah the Exalted said:[Al-Baqarah 2:187] , and for the many mass-transmitted hadiths from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: Sahih al-Bukhari 1954 , and the way to confirm the setting is by observation or the report of a trustworthy person—whether a mu'adhdhin or another appointed to mark the setting—and accordingly, breaking the fast before the setting is not permissible without disagreement among the Muslims, and whoever does so has committed a sin and it is obligatory for him to make up that day.
Q2: What is the authenticity of the hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in which he ordered the Companions to break their fast with the adhan of Bilal ?
A2: The established hadith from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) is:Sahih al-Bukhari 622, 623 This is at the time of the suhur, not at the time of iftar, and the reason for its occurrence is that Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) used to call the adhan a short time before the dawn appeared to wake the sleeper and alert the one who is standing, whereas Ibn Umm Maktum does not call the adhan until the dawn appears. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.

A1: The goal that permits breaking the fast is the actual setting of the sun; for Allah the Exalted said:
Then complete the fast until the sunset
ثُمَّ أَتِمُّوا الصِّيَامَ إِلَى اللَّيْلِWhen night falls from this side and the day vanishes from this side and the sun sets, then the fasting person should break his fast.
إذا أقبل الليل من هاهنا، وأدبر النهار من هاهنا، وغربت الشمس فقد أفطر الصائمQ2: What is the authenticity of the hadith of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) in which he ordered the Companions to break their fast with the adhan of Bilal ?
A2: The established hadith from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) is:
Narrated `Aisha: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Bilal pronounces the Adhan at night, so eat and drink (Suhur) till Ibn Um Maktum pronounces the Adhan."
أن بلالاً يؤذن بليل فكلوا واشربوا حتى يؤذن ابن أم مكتوم
