Found a wallet while young and gave it to his cousin

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The second question of Fatwa number ( 18253 )
Q2: When I was about fourteen years old, I found a (book) in the neighborhood where I live, and it contained three thousand riyals. I gave it to my cousin, with whom I live in the same house. I have now repented to Allah and sought His forgiveness for what I did. I know the people who own the (book), but I am shy because they live in an area far from me. What should I do? May Allah reward you with good.
A2: It is obligatory for you to return the aforementioned (book) with the money in it to its owners, unless they permit you to keep it. If you are shy to give it to them directly, you may send it to them and deliver it to them by any means without them knowing that it is from you. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
