Her mother forbade what he brings to the house

Fatwa number ( 8077 )
Q: I have a mother who is about fifty years old. She swore by other than Allah; she said: "None of the food or drink that my son provides for me, which is his duty to his parents for the rest of my life, has entered my stomach." I am obedient to her in everything, and a full year has passed without her eating anything of what I provide, and I have committed no sin. I ask for your guidance, hoping that Allah will guide her when your answer arrives, as I have taken the people of good to her for the purpose of reconciliation, or for her to go with me to any court to inquire about this, but she refused.
A : Be kind to your mother and seek her reconciliation, and advise her gently and with good manners to retract her prohibition of what Allah has made lawful of food and the like, for prohibiting what Allah has made lawful is not permissible; as Allah the Exalted said:
(87) O you who have believed, do not prohibit the good things which Allah has made lawful to you and do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not like transgressors. (88) And eat of what Allah has provided for you [which is] lawful and good. And fear Allah, in whom you are believers.
[Al-Ma'idah 5:87-88]
If she eats from what she has forbidden herself, she must expiate with the expiation of an oath for what occurred of her prohibition, which is by feeding ten poor people, or clothing them, or freeing a believing slave, and if she is unable to do any of that, she must fast for three days.
Also advise her not to swear by other than Allah; for it is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said:
Whoever has to take an oath should swear by Allah or remain silent.من كان حالفًا فليحلف بالله أو ليصمت
Sahih al-Bukhari 2679
. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
